I have more than 20 years of experience working in educational and mental health settings, including working with children, adolescents, adults/adolescents with disabilities and hospice patients (including families navigating grief and loss). I am eclectic in my approach, customizing treatment to meet individual needs and utilizing a strength based approach. My style is direct and empowering. I like to have a focus in therapy and bring it to an end when we've achieved your goals.

Jessica Reddin, MSSW, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8 years of various mental health experience from working with veterans, victims of crime, and have worked with clients in an outpatient and inpatient settings. I will be working with clients on the telehealth platform. I believe that all good therapy starts with building a trusting relationship. I create a safe, judgement free environment to help build this relationship. Sometimes the thought of reaching our goals seems impossible. Whatever your concerns are I want to listen and help you find solutions.
I'm passionate about working with individuals who suffer with mental health disorders and with trauma. I've worked with a variety of disorders including Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, among others over the last few years.
I will offer you a variety of different strategies based on your needs. I will provide therapy that will focus on goals, what you can control, emotion and thought recognition, acceptance, and solutions to help you with your needs.
